Via feedback forms when you respond to service evaluations; and
Automatically — our website host (Hostinger) collects technical data such as IP addresses and browser information through standard server logs and session cookies.

7. Who We Share Your Information With

We may share your personal information with the organisations listed below. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Hostinger	Data processor — our website hosting provider, which processes technical data through standard hosting operations.
Professional advisors	Accountants and solicitors who may need access to assist with our business obligations, subject to confidentiality.
Regulatory or legal authorities	Where required by law, court order or regulatory obligation.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in Australia and serve clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and India. Personal information may therefore be transferred internationally.

In particular:

Google and Jotform are US-based companies. Your data may be stored and processed in the United States.
Acumbamail is a Spanish company. Data processed through Acumbamail is handled within the European Union.
Hostinger may store data in various locations depending on its infrastructure configuration.

When we transfer data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including relying on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms for transfers from the UK and EU. 9. Joint Assessment with Owl's Ledge

Our "Being Human in the Age of AI" assessment is delivered jointly with Owl's Ledge (Trish Uhl). Vivat Learning Pty Ltd and Owl's Ledge are joint data controllers for this assessment, meaning both organisations share responsibility for determining how your assessment data is processed.

When you complete the assessment via Jotform, you will be presented with:

A required consent tick box confirming your consent for both Vivat Learning and Owl's Ledge to process your assessment responses for the purpose of the assessment programme; and
An optional marketing opt-in tick box allowing you to receive updates from either organisation (not required to participate in the assessment).

10. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, tax and accounting obligations:
